You must not copy, tamper with, resell, transfer, or misuse any ticket or payment credential unless expressly permitted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Justnaik Refund Policy and any applicable requirements of the relevant payment provider, transport operator, or law.

We aim to provide reliable services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues, third-party systems, operator operations, inaccurate data sources, or events outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

All Justnaik and Hexon Data names, logos, software, content, designs, data, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Hexon Data Sdn. Bhd. and may not be copied or used without permission.
